Throw away unwanted baby in Japan （video)

The idea of a drop-off window for unwanted babies is not new.
However, Kumamoto, a less popular prefecture in Japan started having a drop-off window for unwanted babies, creating controversy among the Japanese, who already facing future population shrinkage problem.

Today, a 3 year old boy became the first baby to be dropped off through this window.
I pity this baby , and shame to the parents. Of course I do not know the reason or difficulty the parents might be facing of parenting this child.
