Fake Disneyland in Beijing - A Shame

I turned on the TV this morning to be greeted with ugly Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. These ugly fake Disney characters are from the one of the amusement park in Beijing. Apparently, they are using fake Disney cartoon characters as an additional new attractions. (not only Disney Characters, there are also cartoon characters from Japan : Hello Kitty, etc).

Shame.

After the news was aired, the amusement park received severals calls and condemns, and started destroying the those cartoon characters replicas, and no more mascots.

China needs a real Disneyland in Beijing, (and not in Hong Kong).

This coverage is made by a Japanese TV station. (Fuji TV, I guess) after a Japanese blogger posted some pictures. Good job! The critics has put a shame on the Beijings. But to think of it again, it is not a bad thing after all, the Beijing has learnt the word "copy right".
